Flutist, Robert Tree Cody is joined by keyboardist/sound designer Rob Wallace, singer, Marlene Cody and percussionist, Tony Redhouse for a musical journey through Turtle Island. Follow them on their travels as they wander from Hopi village to the Mojave, Diné, Indé (where the White Mtn. Apache Singers join in) the Yoweme, the Yaqui (joined by the Yaqui Singers) and back to the beginning again. The maze represents a pictograph seen at the first part of the journey symbolizing the mystery of life for all of us. Vocals play a secondary role on this recording. Redhouse and Wallace's contemporary musical skills blend beautifully with Tree Cody's traditional flute. The 1999 winner in the New Age category at the Native American Music Awards.
