Master musicians Nakai, Eaton and Clipman combine their immense talents for a grand follow-up to their Feather Stone & Light album. Guitar-maker William Eaton plays his lyraharp guitar to great effect on several cuts giving Nakai's flute a sound foundation to weave his melodies through. Clipman's unusual percussive instruments add just the right touch of gentle beat, soft and exotic and never over-bearing. "Shape Shifter" is the only cut that has drumming as the focal point and it still has a light playfulness to it. A nice blend of folk, world beat influence and Native sounds that works well for background music in stores.
